 Mardi Gras Mambeaux We had over 160 LSU Tigers attend our first Mardi Gras Mambeaux in early February. The result - everyone absolutely loved it! This will happen again next year in place of the normal Gumbeaux Dinner. We hope you had a good time! And if you couldn't make it this year - maybe we'll see you next year!! If you haven't yet, please take a minute to fill out this Mardi Gras Mambeaux Survey. Your input will help us make next year's Mardi Gras Mambeaux even better! Annual Crawfish Boil Success Over 180 Tigers got together at our annual Crawfish Boil on Saturday, April 17th. The weather was great, the parking was easy and the crawfish were delicious!! This was excellently prepared by Wayne Stablier Catering from Baton Rouge. If you missed it, you will have to wait another year. Special thanks to the Quigleys for once again letting us borrow their lovely backyard on Lake Austin! SEC PicnicWe are currently planning on having the annual SEC tailgate picnic to kick off football season. This happens at the end of August every year. Keep your eyes open for future notifications! And we hope to see you there - representing LSU! --> |
