The governing authority of this Chapter is a Board of Directors consisting of the officers and at least eight alumni members, including the Chapter's immediate past president who shall serve ex-officio. The Board of Directors is vested with the authority to manage all of the business and affairs of this Chapter. Check out our 2009 Board of Directors.
The Chapter Board of Directors is elected annually. Currently, we follow the academic year, holding elections in May or June. This year our elections will be held in May at our Annual Luncheon. Anyone can participate in the board of directors, the only requirement is that you are a member in good standing - which means you have paid your annual dues.
