2007 Annual Gumbeaux Dinner

Many thanks to the 100 or so alumni and guests who attended our annual Gumbeaux Dinner on January 27th at Hoover's Online!

The evening kicked off with the usual round of "How are ya's?" and "Where you been!" as members spent some time catching up.

Jessica Eubanks, 2006 President, began the evening with a recap of the past year's events. This included a slide show featuring photos from last year's Gumbeaux Dinner, along with the crawfish boil, SEC picnic and football viewings at Shoal Creek Saloon during the fall.

General Bowdon with the LSU Foundation did a great job of explaining the "Forever LSU" campaign, and provided an update on the fund's goal to raise $750 million.

Windy Andre did an excellent job once again as lead gumbo chef!

Special thanks to Gumbo's & Shoal Creek Saloon for their donations to our auction and raffle! Proceeds of $5000 will benefit the scholarship fund.
