If you have never made payments through PayPal before, you will be asked to set up an account before your transaction can be completed. PayPal registration is completely free and requires no further obligation to PayPal or LSUAustin.
There is, however, a service charge for online payments. i.e. our standard $10/year membership dues carry a $.61 service charge to cover costs paypal charges us for this service.
