Join us for our Annual Crawfish Boil at Shoal Creek Saloon on Saturday, May 5th, at 12pm! As our premier fundraising event, 100% of TICKET SALES will be donated, courtesy of Shoal Creek Saloon, to our scholarship funds!

Buy your ticket and get all-you-can eat crawfish with corn and potatoes, chicken & sausage jambalaya, and 2 beer tickets! Note: Seating is LIMITED, so buy your ticket now! (Each member of your party needs a ticket so that we don't run out of space.)

This annual crawfish boil is the biggest fundraiser for the LSU Austin Alumni Chapter, & the money raised supports our scholarship program! Shoal Creek has been cookin' up our crawfish for the last 4 years, and they'll be serving all-you-can eat crawfish starting at noon! Thanks to their support, all ticket sales will support our scholarship program!
