Our Annual Crawfish Boil is back! Starting Monday, May 11 through Thursday, May 14th, order your crawfish to geaux, and courtesy of Shoal Creek Saloon, $3 of every pound ordered will be donated to our scholarship funds! Be sure to mention LSU Austin when ordering!

​Our Annual Crawfish Boil is one of our best fundraisers for the LSU Austin Alumni Chapter, and the money raised supports our scholarship program! Shoal Creek has been cookin' up our crawfish and supporting our scholarship fund for many years, and we will miss seeing all of y’all in person this year … we appreciate your continued support as we all make our way through the pandemic!
